I made my mommy mad (again)

Mommy and Daddy came home from work today to find..... shredded paper everywhere!  I had watched them get together some papers the other day and they seemed important, so i thought id be helpful and arrange them nicely. Well, they didnt appreciate my hard work (I assure you it took me a while to get the paper into tiny pieces). Mommy just spent a long time sticking pieces back together - I KNEW she would enjoy that! Mom says its good evidence that I dont eat things I destroy (I think destroy is a very strong word, I was helping)

 

I made sure I didnt touch the really important stuff - the invoices, receipts, and doctor recommendations, but I chewed up some of the tougher paper - 2 boxes with pictures of wrist braces on it (I thought id leave the easier stuff for the cats, but they didnt seem interested).

 

Mom says im very sneaky (I think she meant clever) to get an envelope from under a book on her keyboard drawer, when I have toys, 2 nylabones, a pork stick, a bully stick, a HUGE bone and a treat dispensing toy to play with that are much easier to get (but wheres the fun in that!)

 

Maybe Mommy will stop calling me "wormy" now.... its not MY fault I have wriggly things in my tummy, Its bad enough to have to have medicine squirted in my mouth twice a day (hahaha the cats do too)..... but to get told off for helping..... well, thats just WRONG

We crate Huff when were out but we only leave for 11/2 hour tops. Or we leave him with some one we know. Otherwise Huff goes everywhere with us and I mean EVREYWHERE. To the mall to the beach to our shop to stores (when we can). Hes spoiled. Im sorry you got worms, I bet you ate something dirty to deserve that.

F...I also agree with the peace of mind you have when you crate...when not at home...

I still leave Sasha in her crate when we go out...so...no shredded paper when we come home...BUT...when we are home...well...that's another story!  Lol...

If she can get her hands....I mean mouth on it...she just loves...loves...loves paper!!

I think it her Very Favorite Thing!!  (smile)

Cooper you must be related to Zoe, she loves to help shredd paper too!  Sorry to hear about the worms though, mom's just trying to help you with the meds though.  I hope you get better soon!

Cooper, have you joined the "Naughty Doodles" group yet?  There you will meet lots of Doodle friends who have tried to "help" their Moms and Dads too.  Sorry about the "wormies" in your tummy and the yucky medicine.  Don't worry, Moms have a way of forgiving their "helpful" Doodles, especially when they're as cute as you!

I suspect it was party our fault - I took Cooper to work with me on Tuesday (a pet food store) and she had such great fun wandering (well, bouncing) around all day, being the official greeter and taste tester! She has been so exhausted since (to the point where we have to force her to get up and go potty in the mornings and shes usually the one up and pacing before the alarm goes off) that she hasnt had much exercise

Ah, the beauty of crating when you're not home. Sorry, but Calla has been chewing odd bits of paper lately. I guess she doesn't appreciate being on a diet. Anyway it makes me glad to know where they are when I'm out.
