Jokes on me!
When Lyric had her litter, I wanted a smaller pup since Lyric is already a pretty big dog and Mattie my other doodle is small. I wanted a pup that was in between! So, I wanted the smallest pup in the litter--and the fact that the black and white one, who I was just totally in love with, was the smallest clinched it.
Well, three months later, my little Rio has grown these long legs and now towers over his brother Rafi--who was...you guessed it...the BIGGEST puppy in the litter. They weigh about the same, but Rio is the leggier of the two. So make room for Rio, he is going to be a big boy! I took him to the third week of puppy class tonight and a woman who had missed the second week couldn't get over how big he was--oh, well!
You can't tell who is taller in this picture--but its cute. Rafi's mom comes back tomorrow after three weeks--so home he goes--we will miss him!

You mean Rio, right? He is the taller one and I agree that they could just be growing at different rates--hope so!

What adorable babies!! Maybe Rafi is just having a growth spurt and will still end up being the "in between" sized dog!

Aww how cute:) Rafi almost looks like he is sucking his thumb in that picture. Huff was the biggest of the puppies we got to meet. I wonder if his brothers got bigger than him? haha:)

OK--You asked for it--here they are after their bath and then my two favorite photos of them taken recently. They each weigh about 16 pounds now and are 14 weeks old. Rafi goes home tonight! I will miss him toooo much!
