It's funny how much Daisy wants to be always right on us (literally) she's not content unless she is snuggled up on one of our laps. I have never known a more cuddly breed. She HAS to be with us all the time. Unconditional love is such an amazing thing!

I have two cuddlers.Shea loves to stand beside Denny's chair and lay his head on Denny's chest.I have to get a pic. of that and post it. Mya is the smallest at 65 pounds and is always on the couch,on in my bed.  Some nites I just go to the other bedroom where there is room in a bed. Our little rescue Aja,weighing in at 71 pounds just comes to the chairs and couch and puts her feet up. I know she wants to come up too but still scared sometimes Dirt..mess..who cares. I wouldn't have it any other way!!!!!!!!!!!       Just BIG lap dogs..

My Loki is 50+ lbs and he thinks he is 9 lbs still. 6 months old. He sits on my lap all the time. I know exactly what Sheila is talking about when she says "zoomies"...bout knocks me out sometimes :) I get my best snuggles when im home in the mornings, and late at night.

Daisy is about 50 pounds and thinks she's little. She gets on our laps and lays all over our feet (keeps them warm) I have never known a more affectionate dog.

Thank the big doodle upstairs that Finnley doesn't want to sit on my lap. It's bad enough when she gets the zoomies, and then jumps up on the couch next to me. A full impact landing would blow the stuffing right out of me with her 70 pounds !! She does like to snuggle though and I love that ♥

My guy is NOT a lap dog.  He will sit between my DH and me on the couch, will wander up from the bottom of the bed to be in between us at night, but does not want to be in my lap.  I would still describe him as affectionate, as he follows me EVERYwhere (bathroom included)  but just not a lap dog.  the DH did not want a small dog, so maybe Quincy at 50 lbs now, 9 months, recognizes that his days would be limited if not already over as a lap dog anyway!  Enjoy your lap girl!

That is the best part of a Doodle!  They love to snuggle, cuddle, give kisses and lots of love!  We have never had a dog so family friendly and just wants to be with us.  She is our velcro baby because she is always stuck right to us and we love it!
