Long Distance Love Affair

I visited my friend for few days, and I had such great time with her pitbull, Shintaro.

While I mised my dogs, time with Shintaro was priceless!! I had captured some of his wonderful expressions of our affair.....He was sooo happy at East River Park....

And he was so sad to see me leave.....

In truth, I am in NYC at least everyother month, and knew Shintaro ever since he was dropped off at my friend's home at age 4 moths old. But I guess because I am always preoccupied with stuff I need to do in NYC, I never really spent this much time with him before. This trip around, I just hanged out at my friend's home and gallery, did not have my own mission to be accomplished, so I spent a lot of time with him... I was just amazed with the level of emotion he displayed.....

The harness is fablic, sort of like nylon leash type of stuff. I m not sure what kind, but you can see better inths picture. Shintaro was dumped at her house when he was about 4 months old. She thought she would not be able to care for him since she was then already in mid 60's and thought he would be too strong for her. But they have been together now for about 5 years. I just thought his expression of emotion was incredible....
