Luna's visit with the puppies

Luna is a 1 year old GD from a previous litter of mine. She came to visit and Fae and her 3 week litter of goldendoodles. Fae was more protective of her toy then she was of her puppies. After Fea checked Luna out, Luna was allowed to get up close and personal with the puppies, as long as she kept her distance from the toy!

The daddy dog, a standard poodle, is fascinated with them. He gets in the box and lets them crawl all over. him!. Fae is very generous with her puppies affections. These are going to be some mellow doodles.

Oh, Luna is sooooo cute. What a sweet picture. Are you taking one of the puppies? It is so funny. We took Gracie Doodle back to our breeders a few times to visit. Every time we went there was a litter growing. Gracie was absolutely fascinated with the babies. They were walking around and the mom could have cared less. Gracie was watching them and when one got too far away she would gently go over and herd or nudge the baby back into the group. It was like they were her babies and she was watching out for them. It is an amazing site to watch.

Gosh, this just makes me want puppies at my house.
