Lyric's litter has a partial reunion! Pictures!

I got together with Nigel's (a.k.a. Sugar donut) new parents and Rafi's (a.k.a. Porkchop) new owner today at a local dog park. The puppies had a great time and it was amazing how different they look. Both Nigel and Rio have the upright tail (which I am told is called a "gay tail") but Nigel is tall and lighter boned (like momma). Rafi has a long body and shorter legs like his dad but his coloring is like Lyric's. Rio seems so boxy compared to the others. His proportions are different. In these pictures they are wrestling a lot so you won't see them that well, but you can tell how cute they are!

They were all losing teeth today--they are just 4 months old and their adult teeth are coming in as the baby teeth fall out. By the end of the playdate, all three had lost several more teeth!

In case you don't know them, Nigel is the whiter one, Rafi is apricot and Rio is black and white. We plan to do this again so it will be fun to see them mature.

The owner of the small black one wants to join us next time--but the owners of the large black pup--now Zeus--live too far away. I will see him when I go to my college reunion next month, since I will be within 5 miles of his house. But it is great to see them all growing up so well.
