More Puppy Stuff!!!!

Today I decided that I just had to go to TJ Max and do a little shopping for myself. I haven't been shopping for myself in months - having been overcome with "puppy madness". Shopping is limited in our area and TJ MAX has always been not only convenient but my favorite place to shop for clothing, jewelry, handbags....you name it! So....today I was going to treat myself. How was I to know that since last shopping at TJ's they've changed there front layout......just as you walk in the door there is a full display of pet (mostly dog) toys, etc.!!!!! Well, I picked up that retractable leash I've been thinking of getting, an adorable print collar, and car harness, a tough, nubby rubber chew toy, a plush little stuffed toy and another bowl!!!! Oh, and for myself.....just a pair of summer pj's......so much for getting some new clothes for myself! I think I enjoyed shopping for Banjo as much as I would have for myself! Guess I'll have to find a store that doesn't sell puppy stuff!

I lost my focus on the fact that you were shopping for YOU!!!! Hope you love your new jammies as much as Banjo loves his new "stuff" - LOL

Don't tempt me. TJMAX is always a fun place to shop but now it sounds dangerous. Puppy things really need replenished in this house. But of course, so does my wardrobe. Now I want to go so bad. Opps, the mortgage company is calling. Never mind :)

Enjoy all your new stuff. Sometimes playing with puppies is so much more enjoyable than have new jeans. I think you made the right decision.

I know what you mean--it's way more fun to bring toys and treats home for Chervil than for myself (well, except for shoes. . . )!

Funny. I just got back from TJ Maxx and picked up a dog car harness, a frisbee, and another cute dog toy. I have also gotten some adorable dog beds and dog life jackets for when we canoe. TJ Maxx is my favorite place to shop too.

I haven't been to T. J. Max in ages. I had no idea they now carried "dog stuff". Thanks for the tip...I definitely want to check it out (because there must be something the Doods need).
