Murph Thinks It's Time To Change The Bedding....

Tonight while I was downstairs cooking dinner I kept hearing lots of noise coming from upstairs. I didn't think that much about it because DH was up there, and there was no barking or growling.....just a lot of "banging". After a while I got curious, so I went up to investigate. There was DH calmly sitting at his computer....I walked across the hall to our bedroom, and that's when I figured it all out. Mr. Murphy had decided he was sick of the bedding ensemble. Yes, he stripped the bed. Here's what I saw as I walked into my bedroom...

Yes, he removed the mattress cover, the sheets, the blanket, the bedspread, the quilt and most of the pillows. This guy doesn't mess around. I think he just prefers the plain "pillow top mattress". Here's my "very naughty Dood"...

Doesn't he look happy. I think he hated all that "girly" bedding....actually I'm not too sure my DH is fond of it either. Now this is a good bed for a "manly" Dood, right. WRONG, MUPRH....It's MY bed! Meanwhile, my "good" Doodle son wanted nothing to do with any of this nonsense. He stayed very far away from the scene of the crime. Here's my "good boy"...

Can you tell that he's saying "Mom, it wasn't me...I was just lying here watching the crazy man".

Now if he could help MAKE the bed, you would be in business!!! That's the part I HATE! He could have been doing something destructive so I think he was a very GOOD boy!

I'm sorry, Jane, but this is the funniest thing I've seen all week! I'm laughing so hard, I'm gasping for air.
I know how how did it. They drag everything off the top first, then use their paws with a digging motion, and once they have a corner free, they use their heads like plows to push the fitted things off. I had a GSD foster once who could and did strip a bed, but he was a lot older and bigger than Murph. I think he is taking this redecorating hobby to a whole new level! Very talented doodle! Hahahaha....

Murphy cracks me up. He knows what he likes and goes for it. Good job Guinness, for staying away from the scene of the crime.

I can't believe he was able to do this, and not rip any of the bedding...I guess he wants the bed the way he wants it Mom, and since you didn't understand he did it for you...I know it is not funny, but I had to chuckle, what minds these doodles have...And your husband sounds like mine. He is across from the room, but didn't get up to see what the commotion was all about, that sounds like my husband, when he is busy on the computer, the world could come down around him and he wouldn't notice, lol...

Murphy you are such a goof. Now if mom could teach you to only do this on laundry day, you would be good boy Murphy.

I know "F", but Murphy's talents when it comes to "naughty" never cease to amaze me....he's a very determined guy. Suzann, maybe Ruby was in on this...Murphy loves "foxy naughty girls".
