My dog is a cat

My little Zoey looks like a dog and barks like a dog but has all the habits of a cat...she is nesting she will scratch and scratch and turn in circles until she gets comfortable. She can jump up on things like a cat too. Ok I know she is a dog but has anyone ever seen this nesting thing in a puppy???? I never have seen it before.

Oski doesn't nest but he's very pawsy & will bat balls around with his paws like a cat. He also likes to chases other dogs' leashes (sometimes people leave the leash on their dogs at the park & let them run around with the leashes dragging behind them)--he finds it irresistible & will chase after the leash & pounce on it, LOL

Yes it is a lobster...glad to hear that other do this too....is funny but sometimes I wonder what she is doing like you said a tile floor, nothing is moving..oh well thats Zoey

Riley does the circle thing and scratches like crazy at the floor until he is satisfied it is more comfortable. I think it is a waste of energy since he is scratching at the kitchen tile floor, but he is happy after he does it. He can jump off the ground all four feet at one time like on a trampoline :)

Well I don't know about dogs that act like cats, but I certainly have a cat that acts like a dog! He greets people at the door, wants to go outside (he's declawed, so I don't let him), and sniffs all new visitors. :-) Oh well, gives them all character.
