My Mom was sick yesterday

My mom was very sick yesterday, my dad said it is something called the stomach flu, she did not look good at all. 

Towards the end of the afternoon she went to her crate which is a lot bigger than mine and closed her door.  I didn't know what to do, I sat outside the door for 2 hours waiting for my mom to come back out. 

 

Finally I knew what she needed...TOYS! They always make me feel so much better, so I went downstairs and brought up 3 of my favorite toys for her to borrow.  As she was still in her crate with the door closed I carefully lined up my Kong, rubber squeaky bone and my chew nylabone in a row outside the door so she would know the toys were there.  I then waited patiently.  She finally came out of the crate and I was ever so happy my tail was wagging something fierce as I love my mom so much. I then sat down and nudged the kong towards her feet (as this is my favorite so I am sure it would be hers as well).  She was really happy she said I was a good boy and that I could have my toys back as she was feeling much better.

 

Thanks goodness she was feeling so much better as my dad is really great to run around and play with but he doesn't quite "get" how to put my dinner together he always forgets an ingredient. 

 

I don't like when my mom is sick but now I know how to make her feel better.

Snickers, It sure sounds like you found a cure for the stomach flu. What a good dog!!! Glad your mom feels better.
