Ollie comes to work

So yesterday I received notice that they would be testing the fire alarms "sometime after 11am" (what does that even mean?) in my apartment complex. Well, being that Ollie stays home (crated) while I work, and that he has never heard fire alarms before and he is a scaredy dood, I decided that Ollie needed to go on an adventure to my office. Most people in my office were going to be gone today and so it seemed like a perfect time to test it out. :) He did great. He barked a couple times when he heard other office doors shut, but for the most part, he was a very well mannered boy. 

I work at a church as the Director of Children's Ministries and on Wednesday nights we have TWEENS (5th and 6th graders) which Ollie attended as well. He did such a great job with all the kiddos. He jumped up a little, but besides that he was just awesome. They absolutely loved him and vice versa (I feel like Ollie is a Tween in how he behaves). 

He is now completely tuckered out (now he knows how I feel) on the sofa next to me. Hopefully we will be able to do this more often!

Love, love, love those smiles! I worked in middle school ministries for years and know the tweens must have adored having Ollie as part of their night. Fun times!

OMD....I just love this picture of the both of you smiling.....you're a perfect pair!!!!!     How wonderful you were able to bring Ollie to work with you.   Since he was so well behaved maybe he'll get to go to work with Mom more often!

Barbara - Ollie DID need to personally say hello to everyone in the building. At one point he was whining at the door (eye roll inserted here). 

Livi - I want to stop by! I have been looking at all the facebook pictures (so many doodles!) and next time he is all muddied up I will bring him by or maybe sooner. I love the logo! Looks like a doodle to me!

So cute... boy do I wish I could bring my doodles to work !!  My Ollie would drive everyone nuts because he is such a people person he would have to personally say hello to everyone in my building and give them a kiss.
