Peri's Sweet Side is Coming Out!

I will spare you the details, but I had a bad bout with food poisoning Monday night/Tuesday morning. Peri girl never left my side. She followed me everywhere. She licked me all over every time I would get back in bed. She was so good yesterday while I stayed home from work - she would go run around and roam the house for a while and I didn't even worry about her getting into trouble (she didn't). My mom came over to walk both dogs and after that quick walk, she got in bed with me and didn't leave my side until Daddy came home.

Now Peri has always been sweet, but during the past month or so, she is calming slightly and becoming a very loving, loyal dog. I love her even more as we get close to her 1st Birthday on April 6.

Oh Taquito was under the covers glued to me. But he didn't get up and follow me everywhere I went. He stayed in bed, knowing I would be back =)

Thanks - yes, I am on the mend, but it is amazing what a toll it takes. Nothing tastes good STILL! And Peri is being semi-sweet....I am back at work so she is not as understanding...hehe!
