Well... paws all crossed... I have been working - SOME with Tori on strangers... today is the 'big party day' - hoping Tori doesn't freak out too badly.... I'm trying to keep calm so she doesn't sense my tenseness... I'll be back for an update!

Good luck!  It's okay to crate or confine if needed.  Remember it's now how SHE responds that determines the course of her training/improvement. It's what you DO in response to her actions that will help train her.  If you feel too frazzled or busy with others to deal with her training, that's okay. Just do a very short session and keep her crated otherwise.
