Some of you might remember Rudy - the poodle I almost kept. Anyway this is fun to see. Look at him now - before and after grooming. Incidently, he's doing just great and his family adores him.

I am really sorry I didn't try to adopt him; I knew there was someone else interested, and with JD's medical costs, I figured I should just leave well enough alone. But my heart was yearning then, and it's yearning now, looking at this photo. I remember your saying he had a fabulous temperament, and he is just gorgeous. I'm so glad he has a loving home.

No I don't know about Rudy, the Poodle "you almost kept". But my Rocky is the Poodle "I was trying to give away" all the month of January and couldn't find him a home that I felt was good enough so I had to keep him myself even though I sure didn't want two puppies. Dandy and Rocky are real buddies. It was Rocky's coat that cinched my taking the grooming course in Southern Ontario at the end of Feb. I'm going to stay at my sister's house in Paris, Ontario for 3 weeks next week while she's in Europe and I'm taking only Dandy with me. It will be good for both of them to be apart from one another....I hope. It's amazing how instantaneously smarter Rocky, two months the younger becomes when they're apart.
Rudy is a very handsome Poodle. Why didn't you keep him?
