packed up the car - Mom made sure I had all my favorite toys, extra collars and leashes, hair & tooth brush, kibble, and even the pot and knife she uses to cook my chickne every night. She even brought 2 Moo's for me - I am not supposed to know about the 2nd one but I peeked when she wasn't looking.
We drove all day, stopped 2 times for me to run and pee (I think they were the ones that needed to pee but I won't tell them I figured it out). We got to our friends in Mechanicsville, VA around 8pm. We stayed with Margaret, Terry and their son, Carson for 2 days. I met their GR Piper. She never played with another dog before but by the time we left I taught her zomies. I hope her parents are mad at me for that.

Mom got me up and brushed very early. We went over to DK Mom, Belinda Stevens to play at 9am. Ms Belinda surprised me with 15 other Doodles to play with. I had the BEST time. So many new friends in different sizes and colors and ages, It is truly a Doodles life!! They even made me an honorary member of their DK group, GRAD. I got a bandana so I can dress just like them. Check out my page, Ms Joy sent my DM a picture of me in my GRAD bandana.
When we got back to Margaret and Terry's house, I took a long nap. Because the weather in NJ has been so nasty I haven't had the chance to play with Doodles very much and I got very sleepy. I did get to play with Ozzie and Woody (they now have a new baby sister, Zoey), Kirby, Doodle and and new DK member (can't remember the Doodles name, forgive me) few weeks ago in the woods.
DM & DD went out to dinner and left Piper and me home. Wasn't very nice of them.

DM took me on a long walk on Collins Avenue. I can't believe how beautiful it is. The weather is warm and I love it. We went exploring. DM is going to find me a dog park to run in since I am not allowed on the beach at the hotel and we just found out that I cannot even walk on the Humans boardwalk - people are afraid of dogs. This boardwalk thing goes from our street (44th) all the way down to South Beach (10th). It is a really pretty place to walk - the hotels and condos on one side lined with palm trees and the other side is the ocean. I cannot believe they won't let me walk on there. DM is ballistic over that!
For dinner, we drove to South Beach. They actually let me sit with my DP to have dinner. Brought me a big bowl of water. DM did something she has NEVER done - fed me from the table. I promised that I would never beg but if she decides to give me some, I won't say no. I was such a good girl. DM shared her burger and even gave me a couple of these things called 'fries'. I ate them because DM had such a cute look on her face but I really wanted all of her burger. It was fantastic.
After dinner, we walked a little on this path in front of the beach, then we went home and to sleep.
DM promised we would find a dog park tomorrow - I am sure I will be dreaming of running with the grass (instead of ice and snow) between my toes.

We dropped DD off to play golf and DM and I went to find the dog park. The streets here are confusing - NE, NW, drive, street, court - all with the same numbers. After an hour of driving around we FINALLY found the dog park. I cried when DM read the sign - Dog Park CLosed Wednesdays from 10-2 for maintainence. Can you believe that?!? Oh, well. Too early to get DD so we drove back near our apartment to find another dog park. We actually found one
.6 of mile from out apartment!! We can actually see it from our balcony. There are 2 enclosed areas for dogs but most people and their dogs were running around the park so DM and I didn't even go to those areas. I had so much fun running and playing ball with the other dogs. Everyone was so nice.
Mom cooked chicken for me for dinner and took a long nap.

Today we got to meet Lexi and her DP, Barbara and Lee Seidman. DM 'met' them here in DK. There was a dog fair at Snyder Park in Plantation, FL. We drove about a 1/2 hour to the most gorgeous park. Tons of dogs and their people. Lexi is gorgeous - check her out in the Smilebox DM put on her page. We played inthe park for 2 hours and then we walked around looking at the vendors selling their stuff. DM didn't buy a thing!!! We watched the K9 until do a demonstration. Boy, are these dogs trained! I was a little embarrassed that DM kept telling me to stop crawling through peoples legs to get them to play with me. I guess I had better learn to control myself. Then we sat to watch an exhibition of Fly Ball. We had never seen it done - DM says we are going to learn how to play that game. One of the leaders of a team invited us Sunday morning to their practice. I hope we can go. I really watched the dogs going bach and forth over the jumps to get their ball and you all know how ball obsessive I am. I think I could really do this game well.
After we left the park, I got to go lunch with Lexi and Beau, Ellen's Doodle from North Miami Beach! DD ordered us turkey which Lexi and I just loved!! We just say around and talked. Lexi is a very smart girl filled with lots of stories which she shared with me. I promised that I wouldn't give away any of her secrets so mum's the word.

I am going to a virtual Super Bowl party with Hondo tonight while DP watch the game in the Club here at the Fountainebleau. I promised to be back right after the game. I am bringing desserts DM baked.
Go STEELERS!!! they pulled it out - my DS and BIL live in Pittsburgh and bleed black and gold. Good thing those Steelers won.

We has some errands to do but I did get to go out to lunch again. Not on South Beach but we found a little cafe that made great burgers. Both DD & DM shared with me. They are the greatest!!

DM & I took a long walk this morning. We found an area that didn't have a condo or hotel on it but just lots of sand. I decided to do some zomies like I did at home in the snow. I learned a valuable lesson - snow is great to bury your head in and eat but sand is definitely not. I got sand up my nose and all over my tongue and face. I was not too happy about that or when DM washed it off in one of those 'showers' they have so humans can wash the sane off their feet before walking into a hotel. I was a little ticked off at DM - she laughed the whole time I was squirming while she washed my nose and tongue off. How insulting!
We had to go and find a printer cable (whatever that is) so DP can do all their work here in Florida but after that we went to the dog park for a little while. DP were 'cold'. Sissies!! 65 and they were cold! I told them to bring a sweatshirt - but did they listen to me, NO.

DM had to work this morning so we didn't get to the park until 3pm. I played catch with DM until a man and his son came to play soccer. At first, they played catch with my ball A little later they went and got their soccer ball but it was a blow up kind. They tried to play with me and keep the ball away from me but I won!! I got the ball and sunk my teeth right into it. I felt really bad because I broke their ball. But I have to admit, I loved it! I loved the way I was able to smush the ball. They left the park right after that. I guess they were sad but not made at me.
We went to the market and DM got chicken for me. I just loved my dinner. We are going to just stay in tonight and hang out. I am glad because I am little tired from my time in the park.
I can't believe that we left the cold in NJ and Miami Beach is going to break the cold record tonight! the record is 37 degrees and it is now at 39!! I hope tomorrow it gets warmer again - I just know DM will not take me to the park if it is cold - she said she left her winter coat and Uggs back in NJ.

Dm got me up at the crack of dawn. I am so not a morning Doodle but I was thrilled when we got to our destination. We went back to the park where I met Lexi and Beau last week. I can't describe what a fantastic park it isl It has 4 separate areas - 1 for the K9 dogs to practice, 1 for the 25 and under crowd, 1 for the 25 and over crowd and one for ability and fly ball practice and training. I was too late to work with the Fly Ball team but I was just as happy running and playing with tons of new friends. The 25+ area is humungous! While DM walked on the path around the side, I got to chase my ball that DM threw! (she throws like a girl but I loveher anyway). Two dogs tried to take my ball and play with their Dads and for a little while I let them but DM made sure we took it home with us. I did meet 2 other Doodles. One was a very handsome chocolate boy with the strangest coat He actually had 2 different coats on his very sleek build. He was mostly fleecy (long and straight - did I get that right) and the ends were caffe color but the part b his skin was very dark. On both sides on his sides he had perfectly straight Lab hair. Oh how i wish DM had her camera with her. He is ball obsessed like me. We could have had such a good time together if either one of us put the ball down! Maybe next time.
Last night we went out to eat - I just love when I get to go with them! I lay by their feet while DP eat - I am not allowed when we eat at home so it is such a treat!! And then to top it off they share their dinner with me. That's right! straight from the table. I am getting so spoiled but I know that that will not be that way as soon as we go home. But I can enjoy myself for now.
When DP ate their bagels for breakfast, I was so tired from getting up so early, I quietly creeped up onto the sofa and took a nap. Isn't this is what vacations are all about To get to dothings that in no way I can get away with at home I promised DP that I will go back to the house rules when we get back to NJ.

OMG - I forgot to tell you - Ellen, Beau's Mom, invited us out for dinner to celebrate my birthday tomorrow night. At some swanky mall called Bal Harbour. I guess I will be getting a really good grooming tomorrow before we leave. I don't want to embarass the family. I will ask DM to take pictures and share.
Wednesday
DD and I took a long walk to the Dog Park. Played ball for awhile and took a nap when we got back. DM had to go have her hair 'colored' whatever that is. I don't understand but she was happy so I guess it was a good thing. We went to visit my Great Aunt and Uncle (DD's side) which was fun but it took 2 hours to get there. They have a dog that HATED that I was there. Looked like fear aggression to DM but it made no difference to me. That dog who is half my size tried to nip my butt. So, when they went out for dinner I had to stay in the car. DD was furious!! I have never been left in a car for anything. This place had valet service so they let DD's car stay by the front door and with the sunroof open and the windows half open, I really didn't mind. But I gave DD the 'eyes' and it worked!! He kept coming out and bringing me cheese! Ha! They ate quickly and we hit the road back 'home'. Except for their nasty dog, it was really nice nice meeting DD's aunt and uncle. THEY really liked me - but, what's not to like?

DP had to work most of the day so we didn'tg get out much but I did get the long walk to park. DM felt so bad about working so long that she took me to Baskin Robbins and got me vanilla frozen yogurt. Boy how I love that! She only allows me a little at a time but I didn't care. What a treat! DM napped for almost 3 hours. She wasn't feeling well. DP walked to dinner to place that doesn't have outside seating so I couldn't go - but of course, they brought me back chicken and rice so who cares. I got a nap in and then ate dinner.
Since DM napped so long she was up late. She decided that she would be the one to give me a haircut so if she didn't like the way it turned out, she could only blame herself. She started with a little trim around my neck and thought it looked great so she kept going. She stayed up until 230am but trimmed my entire body - a little here, a little there, a little here again. It feels so good now, my coat is so soft. DM describes it as a perfect puppy cut - whatever that is. All I know is that DD keeps telling me how gorgeous I look! Makes me stand tall and raise my tail high!
Friday
DP worked again most of the day but I got my walks in from both of them. Late in the pm, they went to the pool for a little while, again I had to stay in. I got my nap in so when they got back and got dressed they dfrove me to my dinner date with Beau. He is such a great date. He told me he loved my new haircut. He is so attentive. He had his DM, Ellen, cook dinner for us and we had our own picnic together while the DP ate their dinner. So many people came over to play with Beau and I. We had so much fun. the music was a little loud, service stunk, DP said the food was good and it was a gorgeous evening so that made up for the music and service. I am learning so much about restaurants. I NEVER get to go in NJ so this has been such an education.
Saturday
DM took me for a 10 block walk to my favorite spot. It is the lot with the sand so I can play there. I didn't remember from the last time we were there not to try and eat the sand like I do the snow. DM laughed again so hard and so did people walking on the boardwalk. I was humilitated that people watched. Zomies in the sand are a blast! I told DM I hope we can do it again soon. When we got back, DM and DD napped so I had to nap also. When they got up around 3pm, they took me to the Fontainbleau pool. Broke the rules but no one said anything. We walked away from the chairs and went far back away from everyone else. DP put a towel between their chairs and made a tent for me so I was out of the sun but could still could see everything going on around me. There were these black birds making so much noise that I couldn't get over it. I just loved watching them. At the pool, they have these huge glass water containers that have oranges in them to flavor the water. I must have drank 3 glasses all by myself. It was delicious. I think we stayed there for about 2 hours. I really liked that they took me there. After another nap, we got dressed and went to Gloria Estefan's restuarant, Larios, in South Beach. I just layed there watching all the people walk by. Very interesting! I have never seen such outfits. I am sorry that DM didn't have her camera. No one would ever believe that someone could go out dressed like that. DP took me to the 'sand lot' to show DD how I zomie in the sand. What a great way to end the day. We didn't get home until 130 in the morning.

We are going to visit Lexi today at her house! I can't wait. I didn't wake up until very late - since we got in so early this morning.
February, 16
I had such a great timeplaying with Lexi. She is so silly - she kept trying to jump over me to get my attention and 1 time actually got 'stuck' lying across my back. DM ran to get the camera, of course. Get shot! We plyed in Lexi's yard which has a fantastic pool and a dock for her boat. I was allowed to walk on the dock but decided since Lexi isn't, we would go back to the deck and hang out. So we chased each other - I figured that I would steal her favorite toy and stare at her until she tried to snatch it away from me and off I went! I just loved teasing her but in the end I let her have it. After we played for a long time and the DP had appetizers that Lexi's Mom put out, we went out to dinner. I had Thai food for the first time. DP loved it- I would have much preferred a burger but beggars (LOL) can't be choosers.
Monday, the 17th
DP had to work so I just slept till they were done - dreaming about me playdate with Lexi.
sorry I haven't posted in the past week. We have been very busy walking, going to the park, hanging out.
Sunday, the 22rd
Today I got to go and meet sooo many doodles at a romp. Some were friends from DK. I had such a great time! If DM was chatting with others, I found someone to play catch with me. Not surprised, are you? We played for 2 hours and then went to lunch with Lexi and Beau. I ate a turkey burger for the 1st time and just loved it! DD didn't go with us because he was not feeling great.
This week was nothing exciting. DP worked and took me for walks. I did get to the park several times that is around the corner.
Wednesday, the 25th
Late in the day, we took a drive for dinner to Del Ray - near the beach. It was so pretty with lights on palm trees. We passed a hansome cab - I don't know what possessed me to growl at the horse but I did and DP just laughed at me. We ate dinner at a lovely Italian restaurant and they bought me the most delicious grilled chicken breast. I could eat there all the time.
Thursday, the 26th
DP finally finished working around 330p. Boy is it boring when they don't pay attention to me. We finally got dressed and went for a drive down Alton Road. When we got to 2nd Street we decided to park the car and look for somewhere to eat. DM remembered seeing the Pink building ahead of us a couple of weeks ago when we took a ride and decided to check it out and boy am I glad they did!! The restaurant was called The Big Pink. I ate nachos (no chili on mine) and took a short shnooze in the sun. Then we took a walk near the beach (I am not allowed) but this block had sand so who cared!?!? I just took for a job and love the sand in my toes. I was such a good girl and came right back to DD when he called so I was allowed to do it over and over as long as I listened.
Friday, the 27th
I overheard DP say that we are going home next Friday. I am very excited about seeing my sister, I really, really, really miss her but I am sad at the same time.I will very much miss the time we had here - just the DP and me! Then DM tells me we are going to drop DD off at the golf course and we get to go do laundry! How exciting is that! It really turned out to be not so bad but it wouldhave been nice if we had the washer and dryer in the apartment. When we got done, we left the car for DD and BeauBeau came and picked us up. We went to a place called Sawgrass Mills. They were not very dog friendly so we had lunch at Legal Seafood (the only place that would Lexi and I sit there), shopped in 1 store for DD and then we went home. Not such a fun shopping trip but we loved being with BB and Auntie Ellen.
Saturday, February 28th
For the first time, I actually attempted to swim today. DP are so proud of me - you see, I am afraidy cat at new things. DP took me to the beach with Auntie Ellen and BeauBeau (DK members we met down here in Florida), the 'waves' were small but I wanted no part of it. It was low tide and a pool formed and we went over there. It had a decent drop which I didn't like one bit but we went around to the 'other side' where the drop was more gradual. Well, did I love that! I chased DM in the 'pool' and it dropped a little more but this time I didn't mind. I actually LOVED it!! Then there was no getting me out! It did't hurt that 2 teenage boys played catch with me. But DP didn't mind- DM actually ran out of media card space taking videos me and Beau! The part I hated was DP washing the sand and salt water off of me. YUCK!
Tonight DP are leaving me home!! and going to Auntie Ellen's house for dinner. Dogs are not allowed in the grill room. POOP!! Secretly, I am glad, I am so tired!! I will get them - I am going to take a long nap on their bed while they are gone.

DM never allowed me to complete my blog about my trip so here it is - I have to type fast - she wants her netbook back.
I really had the best time. I cannot wait until next January when I get to visit all my new friends. Stella now has a new sister. She will be grown up by the time I visit next unless I can get DM to drive me to Richmond this summer.
Lexi and Beau were so much fun to play with - I am missing so many romps with them in Florida that it makes me sad. DM keeps reminding me that we will be going back and we have so many plans here in NJ and PA that it helps.
I had a little trouble getting back into the swing of things at home I was pretty obnoxious for a couple of weeks but I behaving so much better now.

Two dogs tried to take my ball and play with their Dads and for a little while I let them but DM made sure we took it home with us. I did meet 2 other Doodles. One was a very handsome chocolate boy with the strangest coat He actually had 2 different coats on his very sleek build. He was mostly fleecy (long and straight - did I get that right) and the ends were caffe color but the part b his skin was very dark. On both sides on his sides he had perfectly straight Lab hair. Oh how i wish DM had her camera with her. He is ball obsessed like me. We could have had such a good time together if either one of us put the ball down! Maybe next time.
Last night we went out to eat - I just love when I get to go with them! I lay by their feet while DP eat - I am not allowed when we eat at home so it is such a treat!! And then to top it off they share their dinner with me. That's right! straight from the table. I am getting so spoiled but I know that that will not be that way as soon as we go home. But I can enjoy myself for now.
When DP ate their bagels for breakfast, I was so tired from getting up so early, I quietly creeped up onto the sofa and took a nap. Isn't this is what vacations are all about To get to dothings that in no way I can get away with at home I promised DP that I will go back to the house rules when we get back to NJ.

OMG - I forgot to tell you - Ellen, Beau's Mom, invited us out for dinner to celebrate my birthday tomorrow night. At some swanky mall called Bal Harbour. I guess I will be getting a really good grooming tomorrow before we leave. I don't want to embarass the family. I will ask DM to take pictures and share.
Wednesday
DD and I took a long walk to the Dog Park. Played ball for awhile and took a nap when we got back. DM had to go have her hair 'colored' whatever that is. I don't understand but she was happy so I guess it was a good thing. We went to visit my Great Aunt and Uncle (DD's side) which was fun but it took 2 hours to get there. They have a dog that HATED that I was there. Looked like fear aggression to DM but it made no difference to me. That dog who is half my size tried to nip my butt. So, when they went out for dinner I had to stay in the car. DD was furious!! I have never been left in a car for anything. This place had valet service so they let DD's car stay by the front door and with the sunroof open and the windows half open, I really didn't mind. But I gave DD the 'eyes' and it worked!! He kept coming out and bringing me cheese! Ha! They ate quickly and we hit the road back 'home'. Except for their nasty dog, it was really nice nice meeting DD's aunt and uncle. THEY really liked me - but, what's not to like?

DP had to work most of the day so we didn'tg get out much but I did get the long walk to park. DM felt so bad about working so long that she took me to Baskin Robbins and got me vanilla frozen yogurt. Boy how I love that! She only allows me a little at a time but I didn't care. What a treat! DM napped for almost 3 hours. She wasn't feeling well. DP walked to dinner to place that doesn't have outside seating so I couldn't go - but of course, they brought me back chicken and rice so who cares. I got a nap in and then ate dinner.
Since DM napped so long she was up late. She decided that she would be the one to give me a haircut so if she didn't like the way it turned out, she could only blame herself. She started with a little trim around my neck and thought it looked great so she kept going. She stayed up until 230am but trimmed my entire body - a little here, a little there, a little here again. It feels so good now, my coat is so soft. DM describes it as a perfect puppy cut - whatever that is. All I know is that DD keeps telling me how gorgeous I look! Makes me stand tall and raise my tail high!
Friday
DP worked again most of the day but I got my walks in from both of them. Late in the pm, they went to the pool for a little while, again I had to stay in. I got my nap in so when they got back and got dressed they dfrove me to my dinner date with Beau. He is such a great date. He told me he loved my new haircut. He is so attentive. He had his DM, Ellen, cook dinner for us and we had our own picnic together while the DP ate their dinner. So many people came over to play with Beau and I. We had so much fun. the music was a little loud, service stunk, DP said the food was good and it was a gorgeous evening so that made up for the music and service. I am learning so much about restaurants. I NEVER get to go in NJ so this has been such an education.
Saturday
DM took me for a 10 block walk to my favorite spot. It is the lot with the sand so I can play there. I didn't remember from the last time we were there not to try and eat the sand like I do the snow. DM laughed again so hard and so did people walking on the boardwalk. I was humilitated that people watched. Zomies in the sand are a blast! I told DM I hope we can do it again soon. When we got back, DM and DD napped so I had to nap also. When they got up around 3pm, they took me to the Fontainbleau pool. Broke the rules but no one said anything. We walked away from the chairs and went far back away from everyone else. DP put a towel between their chairs and made a tent for me so I was out of the sun but could still could see everything going on around me. There were these black birds making so much noise that I couldn't get over it. I just loved watching them. At the pool, they have these huge glass water containers that have oranges in them to flavor the water. I must have drank 3 glasses all by myself. It was delicious. I think we stayed there for about 2 hours. I really liked that they took me there. After another nap, we got dressed and went to Gloria Estefan's restuarant, Larios, in South Beach. I just layed there watching all the people walk by. Very interesting! I have never seen such outfits. I am sorry that DM didn't have her camera. No one would ever believe that someone could go out dressed like that. DP took me to the 'sand lot' to show DD how I zomie in the sand. What a great way to end the day. We didn't get home until 130 in the morning.
Sunday, February 15
We are going to visit Lexi today at her house! I can't wait. I didn't wake up until very late - since we got in so early this morning.
February, 16
I had such a great timeplaying with Lexi. She is so silly - she kept trying to jump over me to get my attention and 1 time actually got 'stuck' lying across my back. DM ran to get the camera, of course. Get shot! We plyed in Lexi's yard which has a fantastic pool and a dock for her boat. I was allowed to walk on the dock but decided since Lexi isn't, we would go back to the deck and hang out. So we chased each other - I figured that I would steal her favorite toy and stare at her until she tried to snatch it away from me and off I went! I just loved teasing her but in the end I let her have it. After we played for a long time and the DP had appetizers that Lexi's Mom put out, we went out to dinner. I had Thai food for the first time. DP loved it- I would have much preferred a burger but beggars (LOL) can't be choosers.
Monday, the 17th
DP had to work so I just slept till they were done - dreaming about me playdate with Lexi.
sorry I haven't posted in the past week. We have been very busy walking, going to the park, hanging out.
Sunday, the 22rd
Today I got to go and meet sooo many doodles at a romp. Some were friends from DK. I had such a great time! If DM was chatting with others, I found someone to play catch with me. Not surprised, are you? We played for 2 hours and then went to lunch with Lexi and Beau. I ate a turkey burger for the 1st time and just loved it! DD didn't go with us because he was not feeling great.
This week was nothing exciting. DP worked and took me for walks. I did get to the park several times that is around the corner.
Wednesday, the 25th
Late in the day, we took a drive for dinner to Del Ray - near the beach. It was so pretty with lights on palm trees. We passed a hansome cab - I don't know what possessed me to growl at the horse but I did and DP just laughed at me. We ate dinner at a lovely Italian restaurant and they bought me the most delicious grilled chicken breast. I could eat there all the time.
Thursday, the 26th
DP finally finished working around 330p. Boy is it boring when they don't pay attention to me. We finally got dressed and went for a drive down Alton Road. When we got to 2nd Street we decided to park the car and look for somewhere to eat. DM remembered seeing the Pink building ahead of us a couple of weeks ago when we took a ride and decided to check it out and boy am I glad they did!! The restaurant was called The Big Pink. I ate nachos (no chili on mine) and took a short shnooze in the sun. Then we took a walk near the beach (I am not allowed) but this block had sand so who cared!?!? I just took for a job and love the sand in my toes. I was such a good girl and came right back to DD when he called so I was allowed to do it over and over as long as I listened.
Friday, the 27th
I overheard DP say that we are going home next Friday. I am very excited about seeing my sister, I really, really, really miss her but I am sad at the same time.I will very much miss the time we had here - just the DP and me! Then DM tells me we are going to drop DD off at the golf course and we get to go do laundry! How exciting is that! It really turned out to be not so bad but it wouldhave been nice if we had the washer and dryer in the apartment. When we got done, we left the car for DD and BeauBeau came and picked us up. We went to a place called Sawgrass Mills. They were not very dog friendly so we had lunch at Legal Seafood (the only place that would Lexi and I sit there), shopped in 1 store for DD and then we went home. Not such a fun shopping trip but we loved being with BB and Auntie Ellen.
Saturday, February 28th
For the first time, I actually attempted to swim today. DP are so proud of me - you see, I am afraidy cat at new things. DP took me to the beach with Auntie Ellen and BeauBeau (DK members we met down here in Florida), the 'waves' were small but I wanted no part of it. It was low tide and a pool formed and we went over there. It had a decent drop which I didn't like one bit but we went around to the 'other side' where the drop was more gradual. Well, did I love that! I chased DM in the 'pool' and it dropped a little more but this time I didn't mind. I actually LOVED it!! Then there was no getting me out! It did't hurt that 2 teenage boys played catch with me. But DP didn't mind- DM actually ran out of media card space taking videos me and Beau! The part I hated was DP washing the sand and salt water off of me. YUCK!
Tonight DP are leaving me home!! and going to Auntie Ellen's house for dinner. Dogs are not allowed in the grill room. POOP!! Secretly, I am glad, I am so tired!! I will get them - I am going to take a long nap on their bed while they are gone.

DM never allowed me to complete my blog about my trip so here it is - I have to type fast - she wants her netbook back.
I really had the best time. I cannot wait until next January when I get to visit all my new friends. Stella now has a new sister. She will be grown up by the time I visit next unless I can get DM to drive me to Richmond this summer.
Lexi and Beau were so much fun to play with - I am missing so many romps with them in Florida that it makes me sad. DM keeps reminding me that we will be going back and we have so many plans here in NJ and PA that it helps.
I had a little trouble getting back into the swing of things at home I was pretty obnoxious for a couple of weeks but I behaving so much better now.
This blog is done - until next January until my next vacation....

I'm glad that you are having a wonderful time. Hershey & Rosie are sorry that the weather is so cold this week but promise you will have a warm week-end. I'm sorry they are so strick about where you can walk Samatha. It sounds like you are having a blast in Florida. Did you make any decisions on where you are going to go during the boat show? I loved your slide show and your doodle diary. Enjoy the dog parks.

OMD! You are still in Florida! So I guess you are really into the virtual stuff. When are you guys going home to New Jersey? I thought you were back from vacation already. Well, have FUN and get to all those dog parks as often as you can. There are plenty of doodles in Florida, but the more everyone sees, the more everyone will fall in love with us as a breed.

What a lucky doodle girl you are Samantha! Sounds like you and your mommy had a wonderful time.

Samatha....it is 1 degree here in beautiful Illinois....but I got all warm and fuzzy reading your blog......I feel a thaw coming on.....I am glad you are enjoying your vacation.....
