Actually, when Holly was younger, she hated the pool.  It took our Daughter's Labrador who absolutely loves swimming to get Holly into the pool.  Now, Holly will see us in our suits and with our towels and she will walk down to the pool's gate and wait to be let in.  She then swims a lap or two and gets out EXCEPT when Shadow, the Labrador, visits.  Then the two dogs will swim endlessly.

That was so cute.  Loved how Holly got pulled into the pool!  The little swim vest Sophie used seems like a good idea.  While the Doodle probably wouldn't realize what it is, it would give me peace of mind during the training process.

It's 93 degrees in Medford right now and that pool is REALLY looking inviting!! It's so nice you have it for the pups! Oh, yeah and for you too! :)

What an adorable video.  I would love to have access to a pool for Gracie Doodle.  She would have to learn how to get in and out and know where the steps are.  She know the ocean and the bay for sure.  Holly is a beautiful swimmer.  Hey, what about the third Doodle that was running around.  Doesn't it get to swim??  ha ha
