Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
Jasper is a loving golden doodle dog who has recently been diagnosed with t-cell lymphoma. His only hope for survival is a stem cell transplant that must come form a sibling of his litter. The breeder has already been contacted and has no info on the owners of his sibling. Jasper desperately needs a bone marrow donor and for the donors generosity we are willing to provide a $5000 reward if the donor agrees to the painless and stem cell donation. the donor must be born in Langley BC canada on July 9th 2006 to a mother named Bella and a father named Romeo. Please contact us if you think your beloved pet might be a match at Jasperscure@gmail.com. Thank youIMG_6667.JPG

Wow, I think I might do the same. Hope this works out and they receive the miracle
The saw this update on March 9th - "Thank you all for your continued support. We are still waiting for the results of the genetic testing on the three siblings. Jasper had another chemo treatment this week and we continue to hope for remission. We will post an update as soon as we have some news to share. Thanks again for your comments, likes and posts. We really appreciate all the fantastic support!"
Oh, I am so glad to hear this update. Thank you, Linda!
If you hear anymore news, please let us know
Good news - I just saw on Facebook where three of Jasper's siblings have been found and they are in the process of getting blood test to see if any are a match. Praying that one is a match!
Keeping good thoughts for your success in finding a donor for Jasper
I saw this on facebook, and came on here to post in the Vancouver area group. There used to be a Vancouver area doodle meetup but I cant seem to find it, maybe it disbanded. Fingers crossed for Jasper.
Maybe post on Craigs list, if not afraid of too many crazy responses? You can name the breeder as well. Good luck and I agree with Stella, how does she not know who the owners are, however, 10 years is a long time to keep records I guess.
A donor would probably not require a reward. You may need to pay for the transportation and boarding while your guests are at your place for the procedure. It is amazing what can be done these days. My BIL had the same procedure but he was not a canine. Best of luck to you.
I hope you find a sibling who will be able to help.
