Last night we went to the super dog show at our fall fair. They are a troop of dogs that show off obedience and do tricks and put on a great show with what they can do. THey have pure breds as well as rescued mix breeds. They are also sponsored by Presidents Choice. They introduced the new presidents choice dog food with a bit of a spiel about it and gave away three bags per show to audience members. I think we'll take a look at the price as it sounds like the idea we have in providing orejin to our dogs.
The show was awesome. They had a pair from Brazil that did free style dance. They had dogs that could go backwards and even weave backwards. There was an old english sheep dog. He remeinded me of Neely when he ran and had that beautiful coat flowing and a face of sheer happiness. They had the oldest dog preforming at 12! Some of their names were so cute, like the pug, puggy sue. WHiz bang and jelly bean. They played musical mats. It was hilarious when they took one of the mats away a dog from the side lines would run in and attack the mat and run off with it. They had frisbee and even little frisbees for the little wee dogs. The bull dog even caught one. It was a great time very interactive.
Neely started training last night. Apparently the stress of being put into training upset his stomache so he ended up have expolsive diarrea on my sons carpet. Then had another bout at 2 in the morning that sounded like he blew his butt off and I was 30 feet from him.
He has stopped the training and has gone back to being cute and cuddly instead.
