Tara and the Mystery Plant!!!

I was in the garden the other day and in an unused section I discovered a strange plant. At first I thought it was a weed but upon investigation discovered it to be a very familiar plant that had flowered.  As you can see, Tara was none too happy to have her picture taken with it, but that does not mean that this is an unpleasant plant-just a grumpy doodle!!!  This is a plant that you are all very familiar with but probably not in this stage of development. Now hopefully I am not the only one who has never seen this plant flowering or I am going to feel really stupid!!! LOL!!  Any guesses??

Sally-I thought the same thing at first when I saw them in the garden!  Apparently the carrot as we know it was cultivated from the Queen Anne's lace which apparently also has an edible root! So RIGHT about DK!!! :)

Tessa-thanks! She was giving me the stink eye because she wanted out of the sun! She hates being in the direct sunlight anywhere anytime! LOL!

How interesting, I read the description and honestly thought (my first impression) of Queen Ann's Lace.

Did not know they are in the same plant family.  DK= always fun!

Truly. BTW, I do have some unknowns for the Garden Group but the trick is I don't know what they are : ) I'm always getting cuttings or the birds plant things....
