Too Much Excitment For One Doodle

This is Achilles, I am writing to complain. The world is not revolving around me right now and I am displeased. Oh I know this is all happy stuff, I can feel it in the air but come on who is the most important one? Me Right? Started in May with My oldest brother graduating from college.Everyone was running around, Mom was yelling for everyone to hurry up.  No one was home all day!!!. My aunt had to come and let me out. Then the middle brother had showcases at his acting school, not one day ( I could have handled that) but three days that my family was in and out. So then Mom has to go into the city again for a whole day, some check up thing. They came back happy though, I got lots of hugs that night. Now this weekend my favorite brother had something called a prom. They were running around crazy getting ready. I could not even see him, something about black pants. NO Hair!! Now I keep hearing something about High School graduation, Mom cries that her last baby will be out of school. Wait a minute, I am the baby! When will this all end???

Achilles, I feel your pain. When they first got the puppy they never left us alone, then as he grew it would be for maybe an hour. Now that Owen is 9 months old, they think they can leave for hours at a time and go visit their grandchildren without us! Go figure. I had to chew the doggie door again. I haven't done that in two years, but something had to give! love, Kona

Achilles, It is obvious your humans are not putting you first right now. We think that stinks. Sometimes, it helps to do naughty things so they remember you are still there. Vern is extra good at that job. Call us if you need some ideas.  Your mom does seem nice and we are glad she got a good checkup. Anna, it sounds like some wonderful and exciting things are happening in your life....you so deserve this after all that you've been through.  I'm guessing from Achilles's comments that you got some good news at your check up...YAY!!!!

Okay, Achilles....here's what Guinness & Murph have to say.  "Hey Dood...of course, you ARE the most important one.  Just hang in there buddy.  Our Mom says that pretty soon your Mom is going to be finished with teaching for the Summer, and she'll be home to spoil you ALL THE TIME.  It's really good that she's starting to feel a little guilty...that will make things so much better when she's home on vacation.  Mope around and look really sad...that always helps.  Sigh a lot and let out little wimpers every now and then....that works around here.  Hang in their pal, your day is coming....soon.  G&M
