It's been an eventful couple of days! Yesterday was worming day and I mis-read the dosage as it was different on the outside of the box to the inside and to cut a long story short I over dosed Riley by 3ml... It wouldn't have been too bad except my partner decided that it was the day to go to buy a new lawnmower. Not thinking, I put Riley in the back of the car where he settled quite happily... He is usually a great traveler, fast forward to half an hour later and he threw up all over the back seat. Unprepared as we were, my partner used old golf towels and did a half clean up job and Riley moved onto my knee where twenty minutes later he threw up all over me. As I sat there dripping vomit which was by now transporting itself up my left sleeve and was seeping through my trousers I couldn't help thinking how much we love this little guy. There was no sense that this was too much to handle just that we had to get Riley home as fast as possible!
This morning as I headed to the shower I decided that Riley could come into the bathroom with me instead of into his crate as usual. Not content to stay outside the shower he arrived in beside me! On the basis that this was an opportunity not to be passed up I decided to give him a good wash. I'm sorry I don't have pictures of either of these events but neither would be suitable for Dk (nor I think desirable!)

Don't mean to laugh, but that is so funny. Rua was starting to heave one day and I wanted to get her from the carpet onto the wood floor. I picked her up and started running. I call this picture SP...Splatter Puke!
Rua loves to join me in the bathtub or the shower. No pictures to be had on that. But, I did get a picture of when she jumped in with my DH!
I did have to do a little post-process editing so my DH wouldn't divorce me.
OMD Nicky....this is one of the reasons I am enjoying a part time doodle - I think my DH would kill me if I said "I want another", we love our Daisy but she was quite the handful and required lots of time. My Mom even came down and stayed a month with her after the first month we had taken in shifts. Two months of constant training. She also gets to come to work with me, another might throw my boss over the edge.
The story you told was great, I could picture it all through your words and in my minds eye :o)
hahaha, Donna, good one!!!!
Great story. Hope he's feeling better today!
