I am not a morning person, and my DH learned a long time ago not to talk to me until I have my tea or coffee...Now he hears good morning Mr. Puppy, how is my sweet boy today, and he just shakes his head and keeps on going....He tells everyone that since we got Oliver, she is half human now in the mornings, 1/2 being for Oliver, not for people....

This is such a great blog nice to know I am not alone in doodle love.

I was thinking of this blog when I was wet nosed out of bed at 1:30 am to walk the street- in my Jammies-  with Chester who had to go and have a pee, check the neighbourhood and sniff out a frog. I was thinking 'pre Chester I never left the house in my Jammies- You know you love your doodle.

I've been married 35 years.  My husband (a very logical, "engineer" type guy - think "Spock" without pointy ears) has NEVER talked mushy, lovey-dovey to me, not even in the early stages of our relationship.  I know he knows how - I hear him all the time - talking to Sedona!!!

I always say "I love you" to the dogs and DH always yells "love you too" and I say "I was talking to the dogs"!!!

I love how we love our babies! It is so funny how we all relate! I too adjust all the air vents in the car to blow toward Jack because I know he'll put his head up to the air and he loves it! Too bad if we're a clammy, dissheveled mess!
