You'll never guess what I saw at Target today!

I did a little shopping at Target today and while walking along saw a big display at the end of an aisle for Bissel "Lift-Off/ Pet" vacuum cleaners. Fine - but wait! Each box had a huge picture of the most adorable doodle - I think maybe on three sides. Now why would they put a representation of our wonderful, mostly NON- SHEDDING, doodles on there? Silly, silly people!!

Ditto to Beth & Gang. He is my boy, Lovable, Laid back. Great around kids. Real personality too. Will have to check out the blowers. If anyone has a doodle that doesn't shed AND you miss the hair I could put some in a baggie and send you some. Just havin fun.

Guinness my F1 LD is a shedder. He sheds huge poofs of hair.
Much more then my labs ever did.
I thought they were bad!
But...he is the most charming, soulful, laidback dog I have ever had the pleasure of keeping company with.
Shed or no shed, he's my boy!!

Oh gosh, so sorry for you folks who have shedding doodles! I know you love them anyways just as I loved my collie with all his hair! Do you know about the hgh velosity dryers or blowers some groomers use? You can use it outdoors and it blows all the loose hair out of the coat. I think the main drawback is they can be pretty loud. Goodgle it and see what you find. It might be a big help if the shedding is chronic.

Maybe they mey met my most adorable big F1 Labradoodle that does shed-----Excessive shedding. The other day a friend of mine opened my truck door and "POOF" he was met by Sam hair. I got charged extra at the carwash to have it vacuumed.(it was raining and I couldn't do it myself). I do vacuum Sam. I vacuum my house a lot, because his hair is everywhere---BUT I love him and really don't care if he does shed. Right now he is sleeping on the couch next to me (a dark brown couch). Sam is white. You gotta love em.

I know, I know, they are just so totally irresistible! It just seems odd when you think about the shedding aspect. We should take it as a compliment I think.
