Z upchucked "it"...**This post contains some gross descriptions**

For the past two mornings, she woke up from her sleep and wretched, but nothing came up. We thought maybe she was hungry, probably some stomach acid making her nauseous ,
so we fed her kibble with Manuka honey drizzled over it.

This morning (3rd morning in a row), again she got up from bed and started
wretching. This time, she upchucked something that resembled a turd (sorry,
this is gross!). DH was totally freaked out, cos "it" was on our
bed... YES, I don't understand WHY they always choose to throw up
on our bed?!

I took a second look at "it" and knew "it" was something
else. I ran into the kitchen, grabbed a few pieces of bounty, and rushed back
into the room to pick "it" up. Dropped "it" into the
kitchen sink and ran water on "it".

And as the water began to wash "it" out, "it" slowly unraveled -- "it" is actually half a stuffed
bunny which belonged to our friend's Samoyed. We visited them last Friday, and
the pups were playing tug with the stuffed bunny. They ripped it in half, and
Z must have inhaled it so fast without us noticing. She is not one to ingest inedible items, so we could only guess that she gulped it down to prevent K from snatching it away from her.

I don't understand how she could act perfectly normal for these past days except for the morning
sickness. She has been playing, eating, drinking and toileting as usual.

I hope this is everything, but we will definitely be watching her closely for the next
couple of days.

Oh... This is scary!!

Wow...flashback! This made me LOL. When we had our LD, Ceilidh (Kaylee), she liked to raid the laundry basket before the clothes got folded and put away. One Sunday, my DH was home and was bringing a load of clothes from the dryer to the bedroom when someone came to the door. He put the laundray basket down in the laundry room and answered the door. It didn't dawn on him that Ceilidh didn't come and check out who was at the door until he went back to the laundry room. She tore up various assorted undergarments of mine and 3 of my DH's socks. Starting about Tuesday early morning, and continuing the next two nights, we would hear her "wretching" in the middle of the night. I came home from work on Thursday and when I walked to the crate to let her out, there was this really GROSS pile of something. I let her out to go potty and then went back to check it out. I could make out the "Victoria Secret" label in the pile. I promptly called my DH and told him HE had a mess to clean up when he came home. I bet Ceilidh ate/ruined several hundreds of dollars of my Victoria Secret undergarments during the time we had her.

Hendrix ate a pair of anklet socks unbeknownst to me, and threw one up in the evening, and the other one, the next morning, at the bus stop, with a lot of people looking on. Lol.

Yikes, I am glad she got it out though. Hopefully that is all she got!
