Also welcome to Puppy Madness. It seems that this will be a good group for you. I usually ask people just to ignore the dogs, but when they start talking to them in a high voice, I tell them not to encourage the puppy. We had a guest at a party a week ago that "encouraged" him and ended up with pee down her leg and on her shoes.
