About Me:

I am a happy mom of three dogs! An 8 year old PBGV named Couper and two doodles! I teach first grade and LOVE my little ones. I like to read, go to movies, do yardening, and laugh with friends, but i also enjoy my alone time A LOT.

i have two mini labradoodles. Riley is about 8 mos. and i recently got Maizey who is about 5 mos. Riley is red, with a coat as soft as silk, slightly wavy. He is loving, smooshy, and a little hellian on wheels! cannot get enough of him! then maizey is the color of maize, a soft yellow, orange, and white, and more curly than Riley. She is affectionate, a little overly enthusiastic kisser, vocal in different and all ways, smart (both are) and adorable.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

I have seen them, and thought them adorable. I wanted smaller dogs. and not a lot, if any, shedding. i wanted personality but also love lumps. and that is what i got!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Watching them play is hysterical. They literally FLY around the back yard with their ears flapping, Maizey barking, toys flying, "puppy spaz" as my breeder, Kendra calls it. We play a lot but don't go walking as much as i would like. I work full time and half hour away from home, with 6 year olds, and being tired during the school year is a way of life for a teacher. we have gone to puppy K classes and this summer will go to full on obedience and soon agility.
