Cassie is a good girl if she doesn't get your shoes! All shoes, underwear, socks MUST be put up or they are fair game. He's gotten over the rugs, with the help of bitter apple. I still apply it occasionally just to remind him. He chewed the fringe on all my oriental rugs at one time or another. They all have the corners nipped.

Cassie has that yellow football too, and loves to play fetch with it. She's amazingly good about not taking what isn't hers. However, no plush toy or ball of any kind is safe anywhere in the house. And anything on the floor can be hit or miss, unless it is obviously ours (like shoes). We did give up on throw rugs long ago, though. She also disemboweled a throw pillow once, but it had previously had a small tear with a tiny bit of stuffing visible -- so it really wasn't fair to leave it within her reach! ;-)

lol! Cody loves squeeky balls too. HIs favorite is a football. I have to laugh at your coffee table. There is NO WAY I would have remotes out there! Cody has gone thru at least 5 remotes! They are all UP now except when I am holding them or sitting on them.
