Sharon, I'm using Arcsoft Media Impression for Kodak software that came with my Zi8 camcorder. It automatically compresses the video if I want to upload it to YouTube or Vimeo (that's where all of my videos are).  Even without this software, I used to post my videos on Vimeo. It lets you upload files up to 500 MB a week, so there was no need to compress, unless the video was really long (which most of the time was my problem since I can't seem to decide what to edit out). Once you upload to Vimeo, you can just embed the link to the video on DK. I would love to see other videos of your Monty! :-)
