It's a boat shower pump that runs on 12 volt DC. I got it from West Marine.

Great video. I have to send it to my engineer son. Last summer he was in charge of one of the decon stations for the BP spill. He assured me that Murphy was "perfect boom material' and he should be doing his part. Thanks but no thanks.
