That is so funny!!!! I think most people with doodles have a ton of toys for their kiddo's... Jack is the opposite with his toys. He plays with them when he is by himself, or when it is just him or I. He is for sure a resource guarder when it comes to his bones... He is better about his toys. If he was to have his way, no one but humans and him would play with his toys... I don't allow that, and because he just guards his bones, (just like a dog is supposed to do) I pick them up when others are over. I wish we lived closer, Jack and I are always up for a fun time and your back yard parties, sound great!!!!

I was pretty much kidding...you should see the huge buckets of toys we have for Gracie.  Actually, she only plays with toys when she has visitors.  We have a lot of dogs on weekends in the back yard in the summer.  Gracie likes to entertain the neighborhood dogs.  All of her toys come out of the lawn house...3 huge buckets of them!  Of course Gracie tried to do resource guarding with toys she never plays with!  What the Doodle is that all about?  ha ha

LOL Nancie,, I am sort of ashamed to tell you that the toy box you saw is just one of four toy boxes he has!!! I would be more ashamed if I was the one that purchased them for him. I can honestly say that 90 percent of the toys he has came as a gift from my mom or other people. Since I can not have children, when I first found out I was getting a puppy, my very loving friends gave me a puppy shower complete with a cake, and tons and tons of toys, clothes, books, and stuff. I was touched beyond measure. I have never thrown out one toy he has gotten because he doesn't destroy them, just plays with them. He actually plays with just about all of them too.  My mom won't stop buying for him and since Jack plays with them I am not objecting!!! PS do you need some, I would be happy to send you some.. LOL I am always trying to sneak some away.

I love the video!  Especially when Jack comes up to the camera.  Very cute baby!  Oh, by the way, do you think he has enough toys!  lol
