Austin is about 90 miles from us!  Search for Minga and Malu on here -- they have just moved to Austin and we plan on getting together sometime this fall.  Would love to meet you and your doodles!  When I saw the Guadalupe River, I thought of New Braunfels, but of course, it runs thru other towns too.  Just saw that you are considering the cruise -- I needed a roommate at first and then a co-worker decided to go with me.  I hope you go -- we're going to have such a good time!

hi Doris!  We are moving to Austin this week.  We have been staying at my parents in Kerrville this past week.  Where are you guys now?  Maybe we can get together once I get settled in the next week or two:)

I was born in New Braunfels!  My parents moved to Liberty just as I started high school, but I will always consider NB home! Love that town!  Where in Texas are you moving to?  My DH and I have lived in Bryan for 26 years (yes, we're Aggies!)

Thanks!  it was dry dirt with dead grass on the top. I spent the rest of the afternoon cleaning doodles and my car..LOL
