Breeders

We live in Tucson, Arizona and we're looking for a good breeders in the Tucson or Phoenix area.

I recently lost my Black lab and constant companion of 11 years to cancer and my wife and I are ready to bring another fuzz ball home. I've searched online and I've run into "puppy mill" style tactics by certain "breeders". I'd Inquire about one puppy and they offer you other puppies or other breeds all together. Can anyone help narrow our search and or direct us to a goor and decent breeder?

We got Hudson from Labradoodledoo in Oregon. I know it isn't in Arizona, but I had him shipped to me in Michigan. He is the best dog that I have ever had! The puppies are truly home raised. The breeder has 5 boys, so they get a lot of socialization. Hudson has a wonderful temperment and is super smart. There are two male puppies available from a recent litter, which would be a repeat breeding of Hudson's mom and dad. We have a Labradoodledoo group on here, and you can see two other puppies from that litter. Good luck in your search!

Adam, I am holding our monthly Arizona Doodle Romp in Mesa on Jan 9th. You are welcome to attend and talk to about a dozen different doodle owners and see their doodles in person. We have had other couples who were looking into breeders and doodles come to a romp. It's a great way to really get a feel for the type you would like as all kinds are there. Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, Australian doodles, F1's, Black ones, white ones, apricot ones.

I had mine flown in from Michigan and it was a direct flight, 3 hours I think if even that much. He came dry, clean, with food and water still in the crate. My breeder is Cliberdoodles.com. she is one of the recommended breeders on this site. Also join the Az Doodle Luv group and you can meet and talk to people who may have gotten a doodle in Az.
