I have been using something called Vet Solution to clean my dog's ears with, I can't stand the way this solution smells. Does anyone use something like this that doesn't smell, if so where do you get it? I am going to go to Petsmart to look around but thought I'd ask everyone else first. Thanks

Barb, we've had a lot of discussions here on this, and the general concensus seems to be that the best one is Epi-Otic. I've used it for years. They don't sell it at Petsmart. I get it from my vet, but you can buy it on-line. I know it isn't available in Canada, though, from a past discussion.
Thanks Karen! Silly question does it smell at all?
I never noticed any smell at all. It has a nozzle type applicator tip and it goes right into the ear. I just unscrewed the cap to see if there was any odor. It has a very slight clean fragrance, but you really have to put your nose in the bottle to detect it, lol.
Well that does sound like a good one!
R7 also has great products out for dogs ears...you can purchase them online and at the pet stores...I have not noticed an odor with using them and I like the fact they are quick drying so your dogs ears are not left squishy or you trying to get out all the mositure from cleaning them.
I recently started using Malacetic Otic from DermaPet. It smells likes apples to me. I bought it online.
Apples yum...
