My 15 month has been on Royal Canin and does well. Should I consider any other food at this point? Curious what all of you feed?

Yeah, I agree to check out the food group. When I was looking for what food to feed Darwin, I looked through the food group and have had many questions answered there.

Oh, you asked what I feed--forgot to answer. Spud eats California Natural--Lamb and Rice--Small Bites. For snacks he eats homemade dog cookies.

You can find a lot of recipes right here on DK. See the doodle cookbook for some great recipes. The cookies we make cost less than buying them from the store and are much better for him also. Smells bad to make, but this boy will do anything for these cookies.

We add cranberries to the cookie recipe. He will also eat a cut of apple, carrots shaved, yogurt, and a real good leg bone now and then.
