Carsick Chewie AGAIN ??

I was wondering if anyone has heard of giving a half of a baby aspirin to prevent carsickness?
Thanks - We had a really bad experience this weekend and it is getting really hard to take him in the car at all.

This is probably no longer considered a good idea but when I was a kid we had a cottage almost 3 hrs away and we used to give our dog part of a gravol to prevent her carsickness. She did grow out of it. I am the youngest so I was never the decision maker but I am pretty sure it was the vet who suggested it. There may be other alternatives now and the thinking may be very different but it worked and she loved to go.For 17 years.
