Sneeze all the time ???

Chewie always sneezes when he is laying on his back.  I don't think he has allergies.  Is this common ??

My pekeapoo does it everytime I roll her over for a belly rub!

Darwin sneezes every once and a while, and it's always in my face or on my hand... nasty!

My Chewie went through a period of time a couple months ago where he was sneezing very frequently. He seemed fine in every other way, so I wasn't too concerned. After about a week or so, it stopped so I'm thinking he had a little cold. I can't remember hearing him sneeze at all recently.

Leo does the same thing. His nose sees to run a lot, I thought maybe when he laid back it all sort of ran backwards causing him to sneeze.
