Noah likes to jump on me and stretch. He stretches his legs as far as they will go. He learned this from Sherlock who stretches on me all the time. Sherlock is especially cute when he does this because he throws his head back and yawns.
Mazie doesn't stretch ON me, but she does stretch ALL the time. And she also throws her head back and yawns. It's so cute. We always tell people she does yoga and pilates because of all her serious stretching!
Gracie Doodle is a pretty big girl to be stretching on us. When she first gets up she comes over to us and does the bow stretch followed by a big yawn. She always does it with her front paws on our feet. If she is sleeping on the floor I can just go up and either grab her front or back legs and she instantly goes into a full body stretch. All four legs straight out and then over on to her back!
Charlie does this when she first wake up in the morning and come out of crate. I sit on the floor with her, she lays on her back and stretches all of her legs and body as far as she can on me. She gets so long like a monkey trying to reach for the both side of the river or something. She then yawns and makes "awwwrr awwwrrrrrrr" type of noise! So funny!
Every morning Peri jumps on her daddy and stretches all the way out. It is pretty cute. And she does that long doodle "awwwrr" yawning noise like everyone always talks about!
Timbow does this too, but it's probably not as cute as when Noah or Sherlock do it since he's 10x their size. Oh well, if a 65# doodle wants to sit in my lap and stretch that's fine, as long as he's happy. :)
Yep. I don't mind it... but I have to say I'm worried he might try it with visitors. I'm sure they wouldn't be amused by a sixty pound dog climbing onto their lap for a stretch...
