Great News

Well I am happy to report that Oliver is 100 percent better, no collar, no sock and bandage on the foot, and best of all, he is not going for the paw to lick or chew!!!...we are so excited, I was so afraid this was going to be one of those ocb things that he could have for life, but I took him to the vet yesterday for a look see, and he told me, he was fine. I knew that, lol, but he told me to finish the meds anyway, he has 4 days left, and to keep him on Benedryl for at least a month two 2x a day. I am doing the doodle dance around here, lol...thanks to all for all the help and support u gave me thru this...Oliie says ty too...And his fur is growing back too, still looks funny, but we will get there, lol...

lol. Shelly, I wasn't sure he could do it, but he did and I did, and all my years of nurses training paid off, lol, it is like a weight has been lifted, Isn't your baby an aussie doodle? We have had aussies for many years, we just love them. If we hadn't gotten Oliver we were going to go and look at an aussie doodle from Nancy( I hope I have her name right) in North Carolina I believe...But my husband found Oliver as a gift for me, so here he is, and he is such a love...Thanks for your support and kind words my friend...

Leslie ty he is so adorable, lol, but not now, he looks kind of funny right now, I had to have him shaved down so only his head and tail are doodle looking....But he is starting to grow back, so maybe soon he will look nore like himself. I have the most wonderful picture of him with Santa, but I can't get it on the computer because I didn't take the picture a photograher did. He is sitting on Santas lap with his furry paws hanging over Santas knees, and his tongue is sticking out slightly and he is smiling...They used it show the other people how great the pictures of their dogs could look...He looked like a giant stuffed dog, lol, but I cn't let him get that long gain, he gets too matted...

Any way you want to, as long as you do it with great joy and a doodle in the vicinity, if not fully participating!
One of these days (possibly after a couple of beers) I will post a video of Jack & me doing our version!

Well Nina, like I said, the only other living thing to see this dance is Oliver and Renny, lol, I don't want them to come and take me away, lol the little men with the white coats, lol...
