Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

We're going to the dog park tonight to meet our potential new family member!  She's the fence jumper I referenced earlier this week.  Spoke to the owner, she didn't used to jump the fence until the neighbor got a dooodle and they would jump the fence to play.  Then figured out the jumping the fence thing worked to get out into the open space too.  These doodles are TOO smart.

I've got a long list of questions for her, and I hope that this one goes well.  We interviewed with another family back in Feb, for a male doodle.  And the two boys were so close in age and size they immediately had some sharing issues (at the dog park over a toy).  We all agreed it was a no go.  I'll keep you posted, and may ask for some advice on the best way to integrate a new pooch into the home if everything goes well.

I hope you do keep us posted, and I am very excited for you! I hope everything goes well.
That is so exciting! I hope it goes well. Did you figure something out about your fence?
Fingers crossed - keep us posted!
So exciting...I sure hope this works out for you. I can't wait to hear.
Good Luck! Hope this works out for you!
We will be keeping our fingers and paws crossed for all of you!
How did the meet and greet go????
Now the fence jumping makes sense... two doodles in separate adjoining yards... NOT! Should of had a doggie door inserted so they could have played back and forth! Wishing you all the best with your meet.
I hope this works out for you and the dood.
Inquiring minds would love to know...how did it go?
