Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

Lexi has a 7 month old apricot Goldendoodle brother!

We were able to rescue Billabog before he went to a shelter and bring him into our home...originally on a trial basis as a foster.  It was instant love...watching him play with Lexi and finding out what a sweet baby boy he is.  He is housebroken, totaly obedience trained, has not chewed or had an accident even when left alone in the house and is gorgeous. He is the perfect dooodle dog!

Billabog is the name his prior family gave him but we have been calling him Billy and I think he likes that better. He and Lexi had a few feeding issues, and toy issues but it has been six days now and I feel like they have formed their pack, Lexi is in charge and they are becoming in seperable!

Lee & Barbara thank you so much for this post....we are in the process of picking up a 2nd Labradoodle in Texas. So your post was most enjoyable ....and by the way the name Billy is just right...
Good luck with your second Doodle. Watching them roughhouse every day id a joy.....Still getting used to the two some but I think it is great....Also, I am the cheif pooper scooper........that so far is the only negative I have found!
He is so handsome! You have a wonderful pair now! Congratulations!
Congratulations on the new boy. I think a billabong is the knapsack carried in the outback of Austrailia by hikers, walkers, and others. In it are all of the treasures of sustenance for the trip. We hear the word most commonly in the song, Waltzing Matilda.
It sounds as tho Billy will be another treasure in your Doodle family. Will look to meet him and Lexi at a fall romp.
He is adorable! Congrats!
