After seeing this post yesterday, I decided to teach Coop to say thank you, and he learned in one day. He didn't even know "speak" before! He even did it for the groomer today!!!! So cute! Thank you for the idea!!!!

What did you do to teach the trick? Penny only barks when someone comes to the door and I don't want to reward that behavior.

Did you use the hand signal like "Speak"?

Perhaps this is totally normal, Bernie is my first Doodle, but before his 4 month birthday he was already sitting, laying down, staying and shaking all on hand signals without any verbal cues. We were impressed! And he'll do it whether he senses a treat hidden behind our backs or not =)

Yesterday, Charlie started to push skateboard!!! ( Just front feet only yet.)

It was totally accidental. I was trying to teach "sit / stay through distruction" and pushed the skaeboard. there she put two feet on it, so I marked and rewarded, and she did it over and over, and eventually started to scoot with it. So, next time I will not reward until she puts 3 feet on it... hopefully it will work!!
