Goodbye Chelsea...(non-doodle baby)

Sadly and very suddenly we had to put down our 13 year old puppy today (beagle/keishound mix)...she was a loyal companion, hunter extaordinaire, dependable hiker, and steadfast floor cleaner upper...although we are extremely sad we are comforted to know she is running like the wind in no more pain...

Thanks for all of your support! I just LOVE DK! Marley doodle (6 months) has graduated from sleeping downstairs in her crate to upstairs in our bedroom...I just can't bear to sleep without a pup nearby...

How is Marley doing with the loss of her buddy? My best friend just lost one of her 2 dogs, and it took a few days for the other dog to adjust. They grieve too

Im sorry for your loss we just went thru this with our lab on Friday. At least you can take comfort in knowing they r not in pain anymore and each day that goes by it will get a little easier. Good luck!!!!
