Hi, My name is Margo and I have a new puppy, Lily who is nine weeks. I live in South Carolina on the Grand Strand. Maybe we can use this thread to let each other know where we live, so we can figure out who might live nearby. (or if we sometimes travel to each other's areas... I know lots of you may sometimes visit the SC coast. We can keep it short and not mention last names or anything that might make us Southerners uncomfortable! We could do it something like this:
Margo
Labradoodle, Lily, born 7/8/08
Myrtle Beach, SC
plan to travel sometimes to Richmond, VA to visit family with dog
What do you think? I look forward to hearing from ya'll
I'm Jeanie, from Lexington, SC... in the center of the state (near Cola). Beacon is our sweet English F1B Goldendoodle, born 6/20/07. He came to us @ 10 weeks old from MossCreek Goldendoodles in Fla. We named our pup Beacon b/c he came to us after a very difficult year of losses and personal trials. He was the light at the end of a tunnel for me and has proven to be the light of my life!
Fenway and I live in Columbia and I am a speech therapist in Lexington at Oak Grove Elementary. We ought to join up for a play date sometime. Fenway would love a buddy!
I'm Laura from the Atlanta area in Georgia. We have Sadie a Goldendoodle born 10/12/07 from D and L Doodles. We'd love to find some other doodles in the area to play with!
Hi, I'm Kammie from Concord, NC. I have a darling red multigen labradoodle named Jovi (after Bon Jovi) born on 7/11/08.
My family and I spend our vacations on the SC coast and would love to get together with Margo and anyone else there.
We would also love to get together with anyone in the Charlotte area.
Hi Kammie - Just checking this group looking for others in the Carolinas to join the "Carolina Doodles" group. We also live in Charlotte and would love to connect to as many doodle families as possible. Hoping to organize a romp in the near future! We have two multigen doodles "Foster" a medium red/apricot 50 lb 3 year old, and his neice "Phoebe" a small/medium cream/apricot 30 lb 1 year old. Would love to exchange experiences with groomers, foods, dog parks - AND places to take them to the beach. Have found some great beach places that allow dogs!
