Anywhere to meet near Jackson?

Help fellow Michigan doodlers!  I need to meet a lady to pick up a foster doodle and we've agreed to meet somewhere near Jackson.  I've never been to Jackson - anyone have any ideas where we can meet?

I don't know Kim, Maybe look on google for a McDonalds off the highway??  Are you fostering another one?

I would do McDonald's or a very busy place.  I used a Library in town.   If this is an owner surrender, make is short, sweet , and safe.  Expect it to be intense and you will do fine.   Would you like my phone number so I can stay on the line with you during the transfer?  I will!

I was going to be the intermediary foster before moving Sahara to Ann.  Since we just adopted Little Dood we wanted to get them settled before fostering longer term.  Anyway, I think Ann is going to meet the friend who has Sahara - it's the same distance if they meet in Coldwater or we meet in Jackson and there won't be more confusion for the doodle (she's been moved twice already).  Thanks guys!

I would recommend the intersection of 27 south and I-94.  There is a Holiday Inn on the North West corner, A Red Lobster, Bob Evans. and on the South West there is a Shopping Mall with parking.
