I have not yet tried this product but I have ordered four different sizes of these comb attachments for my Andis 2-speed UltraEdge Clippers. I ordered mine through Lambert Pet Supply and they have to special order them directly from Kim Laub. Because they are a special order you have to call them to place the order. If so, be sure to mention the blade as well. I have since found the Kim Laub website but they are a few dollars more expensive. Since I am dealing with a "middle man" I guess my order might take longer but they are cheaper! From what I can tell is that these comb attachments allow us to use clippers and keep our Doodle's length at 3" or longer depending on the size you use. I don't know how to scissor cut and so I have always had to keep Gracie Doodle at 1 1/4" because that was the longest comb attachment you could buy. I have been letting her grow out and she needs a touch up but I don't want to take her short so hopefully these should do the trick! If you are interested in ordering them here is the website. One thing to keep in mind is you will see that you "MUST" use the Mammoth Blade Cartridge. This had me very confused because no where on the Lambert website did this item show up. I called them and they gave me a call back after they contacted the Kim Laub Company. In the meantime, I went to their site and found the same answer. It is not actually a "cartridge" but instead a specific blade that you need to use with these combs. It is their Size #29 course blade. Once I receive mine (probably in a few weeks) I will post the results of my grooming!

Nancie, I'm trying to find the earlier post where there was a discussion about these longer combs to no avail. On the Andis clipper you use, are you using a #10 or a #40 blade? Please let me know when the combs arrive because I'd love to try them on Simon if they produce a good result.
Thanks. :-)
