I will be having a nice Chardonnay from a local N. Georgia vineyard called Three Sisters Vineyards.

I'm going to open a bottle of red wine. I haven't decided which one yet.

Water. Or, if I'm feeling daring... maybe some orange juice? LOL

Pick up some Martinelli's -- it's bubbly apple juice in a wine-like bottle.  My favorite beverage since we don't really drink alcohol here. They also have other flavors too.

There's also good old Welch's sparkling grape juice...red or white...in a champagne type bottle.

Oh yeah, I love sparkling cider. We always drink it on new years so I view it as "fancy drink" even though it's only like 2 bucks. :-)
