Today we x-skied early this morning and then an afternoon walk.  

Started drinking water...lots of water.  Something I often forget to do.

Yesterday I did my Balance Ball workout I haven't done for a few years and I am feeling it today (worked the stomach muscles) so today I will probably just walk on the treadmill.  No, I WILL walk on the treadmill! :)

An hour X-country skiing with the doodle, a short game of ball and a nice hot bath, if I didn't have to go to work for 12 hrs it would be great.

We got the week started with a double treadmill day.  1 hour this morning, then another hour at the Y with Hubby this afternoon.  Came up with a new breakfast this morning to fit in my weight watchers program.  (High Fiber Oatmeal, warm blueberries, and a crunched up Special K honey oat bar on top).  Yummmmm..   Like it so much I had it again for lunch.
I love the Quaker High Fiber oatmeal, I add walnuts and some chopped up apple! YUM!!

Wow, you're making me hungry :)  Great job by the way. There are plenty of studies to support better results when you break your workouts up over the course of the day.

 

I LOVE oatmeal. Really good fiber.

1. walked the stairs at work-5 flights 2x

2.got some reading in

3.feel better already just deciding to make changes and actually starting them

4.baked chicken with salsa for supper

 

feel pretty good about today, did have a few Hershey kisses for snack, always available at work
