Sophie just started sneezing  last Saturday.  Maybe 10 times a day and mostly in the morning.  Should I be concerned ?  I thought maybe something was stuck up her nose but with a flashlight I could see nothing. Anyone else encounter this?

Donna, Rooney sneezes a lot.  The first time I saw him sneeze was on a video that the breeder sent me when he was only 5 weeks.  I remarked to her that I sneeze often and many times will sneeze 10-13 times right in a row and that Rooney's sneezing is because we are related, lol.  Well he is 5.5 months now and I'll guess that he sneezes 6-10 times a day at different times and places.  He does it every day.  Doesn't seem to bother him so I just let it go.  I'd try not to worry but you might ask you vet on the next visit.
Fudge had this same thing a while ago. I thought she got something up her nose too. I took her to the vet and she went ahead and prescribed some medicine for inflammation and irritation and it eventually went away.
Brinkley hiccups.....My Lab sneezes a lot , the vet says he is allergic to carpet dander, basically humans. lol
My boy does sneeze bunches but only when he runs outside into the bushes. I asked the vet and he just said many of his doodle clients have really bad allergy issues. I would get it looked at by a vet!!
Thank you all for your words of wisdom.  It's much appreciated. : )
Bernie sneezes a lot too, but it comes in waves, like allergies. But as long as his appetite, stools and energy level remain consistent I don't worry about much!

Peri used to sneeze during different times of the year.  I think it was a reaction to leaves changing, etc...

At the recommendation of the Food Group, I now give Peri 500mg tablets of Evening Primrose Oil on a daily basis. She eats them like a treat and best part is that they have really helped with her seasonal allergies.  She has stopped sneezing and licking her paws.  It is inexpensive and effective.  Plus they make her coat shine!

Some dogs sneeze when they are excited or want to play!! I know that doodles are commonly a breed that does this. Here are a couple sites that agree. The first one says it's a "play sneeze" and it's halfway down the page. The second is all about the sneeze, and the third one has a paragraph about it as the second bold heading.
