  4. Make a good food choice, feel free to share the recipe or a great trick for staying on track.

I think you should take 10 points for that picture alone ..... what a great family!  I'm jealous that there are no winter coats hats or mittens in this photo!

:) Thanks! We had such an amazing time.  I did have internet up there and posted once or twice but there was just way too many fun things to do out and about.  I'll post my weekend link for everyone later...FANTASTIC!

Didn't complete all 4 today.  Hubby got home at 2:15am from a gig and of course I stayed up to wait for him...so we are very tired.  Because of course Buddy got to bed on time and was ready to eat at his usual time....start fresh tomorrow!

Here we are, back to Monday morning.  Sundays are my down day for treadmill, but I stuck to my eating plan.

1)  I've completed my 1 hour on the treadmill and will head to the Y for a 2nd this afternoon.

2)  I guess in a round about way I can claim that the fact that I asked DH to help for give Lucy a bath yesterday was a gift to myself.  Normally I do those things myself during the week while he is at work, but the shoulder just won't do it so "I asked for help", that's a big deal for me to do!

4)  Stuck to eating plan all week-end.

No you are right.  We are starting a new thread today...And......keep a look out for or winner's parade. :)
