2. I signed up for a month of unlimited yoga, it wasn't cheap so I'll be going lots - great "me" time - might make a new friend.

4. Switched over to "sandwich thins" and even DH loves them! Also great for PB&J toast and open-faced with a poached egg for breakfast. They hold together well, taste good, and serve their purpose without the added calories or taking up as much stomach space as traditional sandwich bread!
I knew today's exercise would involve a shovel, 14ins of new snow. Half an hour of stomping around in snowshoes to make a potty area, an hour of playing in the backyard with Quincy, some shovelling of course and a 30 min walk. Now for a nice hot bath and get ready to work a 12hr night shift. I added a video if you want to see all the snow.

1. Most I did was stairs at the performing arts center, going up 2 flights twice to the upper level (taking photos and up 2 flights from the green room. Don't think that deserves any points,

Wednesday
1) did my 1 hour on the treadmill
2) All about me 2day -- had the surgery on my shoulder ... better than anticipated and anticipating a quick recovery. Can't wait 2 go back to cardio classes n a few weeks.
3)Smile at every u see and see how many r returned.
4) no breakfast, no lunch, yummy dinner. 8 points left .... wish i had some ice cream.
Wellllllll, technically, number 2 is supposed to be you, treating yourself to something special....I guess the surgery will eventually be something nice for you...lol. At least we hope right? We'll be praying for a speedy recovery my friend. I love your ambition!

AND.............I'm down FOUR lbs. over the last 2 weeks. Wooo hoooo.

4. Had cereal for breakfast and a WW meal for lunch. Tonight going to DH's gig and we are also celebrating a friends birthday. So I made cupcakes (see photo) and I WILL be having one of them after I eat a salad of course! :)
